I am a counseling psychologist with over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health and personal development. My journey has been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, overcome emotional hurdles, and achieve personal growth. With specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, TA, NLP and gratitude therapy, I have developed a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy that blends evidence-based practices with compassion and empathy.

This depends on the person. However, after we find a medication that sounds like it will work for you, we will have follow up appointments to track how you are doing with that current medication and adjust accordingly.
Everyone is different. Psychotherapy can solve psychological and emotional difficulties. However, research has shown that psychotherapy and medication can be the most effective treatment.
